Manchester United plot January move for Seamus Coleman

Manchester United is reportedly ready to splash the money to bring in Everton right  back Seamus Coleman to Old Trafford in abid to bolster his defensive options in the full back position.
Seamus Coleman has been a target of several premier league sides namely Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspurs but head coach Luis Van Gaal is looking to capitalise on the about to open transfer window to bring in the right back.
The Dutch is not satisfied with Rafael defensive capabilities while Antonio Valencia who has filled in the position does not prefer playing as a defender.

The Republic of Ireland international Coleman, who is valued at £25m, according to the Daily Star.
